Refund Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery.

To raise a valid claim, the customer must provide:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video from package opening to product inspection

  • Photographs showing the damage or defect

  • Order ID and registered contact details

Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Upon verification and approval, the Company reserves the sole right to:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.

Missing Items

If any item is missing from the delivered package, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a mandatory unboxing video.

Claims raised after the stipulated time or without supporting evidence will not be entertained.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

Please note that additional processing time may be required by banks or payment gateways, which is beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

  • Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Energized, custom-made, or specially prepared items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discount offers

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any refund

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on personal belief, expectation, or interpretation

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or force majeure events

  • Minor variations in product appearance due to handmade nature
